Kerry Pudina & khajoor chutney or three K chutney

Ingredients

  • 15-20 Khajoor
  • 2 Cup KeryPudina ( Guruji)
  • 2 tsp. of Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp. of sounf
  • ½ cup Grated gur (Jaggery)
  • 2 tsp. of red chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp. of dried ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. of sendhaNamak

Kerry Pudina & khajoor chutney or three K chutney

  • Chop Khajoor Roughly
  • Dry Roast Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds. Cool Slightly and Grind Together to a Powder.
  • Mix Together Guruji’s Kerry Pudina, Jaggery, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Powder, Chilli Powder, Dried Ginger Powder, Rock Salt &  Salt to taste. Cook Over Medium Flame Till the Mixture Comes to Boil. Cook for 7-8 Minutes.
  • Cool and Serve.10
