Ingredients
- 15-20 Khajoor
- 2 Cup KeryPudina ( Guruji)
- 2 tsp. of Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp. of sounf
- ½ cup Grated gur (Jaggery)
- 2 tsp. of red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp. of dried ginger powder
- 1 tsp. of sendhaNamak
Kerry Pudina & khajoor chutney or three K chutney
- Chop Khajoor Roughly
- Dry Roast Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds. Cool Slightly and Grind Together to a Powder.
- Mix Together Guruji’s Kerry Pudina, Jaggery, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Powder, Chilli Powder, Dried Ginger Powder, Rock Salt & Salt to taste. Cook Over Medium Flame Till the Mixture Comes to Boil. Cook for 7-8 Minutes.
- Cool and Serve.10
