RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Once the order is placed all sales are final, no return or exchange.  

ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a Return in the below cases:

  1. In case the Product received in damaged
  2. In case of a Quality issue

REFUNDS

In the cases where the Products is received damaged during transit in that case you can request a refund via email within 2 days of order received by registering the complaint on –info@shreeguruji.com with the below mentioned details:

  • Name: -

  • Problem description: -
  • Images or the video of the product damaged: -
  • Bank account details: -

         o   Bank Name: -

        o   Bank account number: -

        o   IFSC Code

The refund would be processed as per the invoice in 10 working days.

  1. In case of a Quality issue

In the cases where the Products received have quality issues you can request a refund with at least 50% product should still be available in the bottle up to 10 months of the date of manufacturing.

  1. General Information
  • A complaint cannot be registered if the product has reached/near its expiry date(2 months before & after the expiry date)
  • The product is advised to be consumed within one month after opening the bottle
